^aIC₅₀s were the concentrations needed to inhibit ergosterol synthesis from [¹⁴C]mevalonate by 50% in cell extracts of C. albicans ATCC 90028 and C. krusei ATCC 6258. Results are the means of three experiments. Tukey’s multiple comparison test was used to compare the IC₅₀s obtained in the three experiments.
