Cytotoxic activity of pyrazoline B against MCF-7/HER-2 cells as determined by MTT assay
Cells were treated with various concentrations of pyrazoline B (2–16 µg/ml) for 48 hours. Data are presented as mean ± SD (n = 3). The IC50 value was calculated by nonlinear regression.
