Effect of treatment of infected rabbits on inflammatory response in CSF. All rabbits were infected intracisternally with M. bovis Ravenel. Control animals received no treatment (white bars), one group of rabbits was treated with antibiotics only (gray bars), another group received 200 mg of thalidomide/day plus antibiotics (hatched bars), and the fourth group of rabbits was treated with antibiotics combined with IMiD3 (black bars).
