Plasmid patterns of transformants. Sixteen transformants were analyzed by PCR for the presence of cp9, lp28-1, lp28-2, lp28-4, lp56, cp32-3, lp5, and lp21 and classified into nine plasmid patterns, I to IX. Patterns II, IV, V, VI, VIII, and IX each include one transformant. The rest have two to five.
