Expression of IL-12 in DCs is modulated by GITR+/+ CD4+ T cells from infected mice. DCs from GITR+/+ and GITR−/− mice were cocultured with autologous or heterologous CD4+ T cells from untreated or infected mice in the presence of heat-inactivated C. albicans. IL-12 production was evaluated by DC intracellular staining.
