Dose-dependent effects of 8-CPT-cAMP on Kupffer cell production of TNF-α and IL-10. Kupffer cells were incubated for 30 min with 8-CPT-cAMP (0, 1, 10, or 100 μM) before the addition of LPS (1 μg/ml) or were left unstimulated (Unst). Supernatants were collected after 6 h, and TNF-α (A) and IL-10 (B) levels were assessed by ELISA. Mean values ± standard errors of the mean (SEM) of five separate experiments performed in triplicate are shown.
