Effects of forskolin, isoproterenol, and PGE2 on cAMP production. Cultured rat Kupffer cells were incubated with forskolin (1 μM), isoproterenol (10 μM), or PGE2 (1 μM) and harvested after 5, 10, or 20 min in 0.1% HCl.
