Ability of P-Der to induce calcein release from liposomes. Calcein-filled liposomes composed of PC-PG (1:1) were used. P-Der was added at the time indicated by the arrow. An increase in fluorescence corresponds to the release of calcein and is indicative of liposome leakage or lysis. Triton X-100 was used as a control to induce lysis. A result representative of three independent experiments is shown.
