(A) Lanes 1 to 3 contained 100,000 cpm of radiolabeled APN, Cry1Ac, and QNR-AAA, respectively. (B and C) Five micrograms each of M. sexta (lane 1) and rat (lane 2) BBMV proteins and 1 μg of purified APN (lane 3) were transferred to PVDF membranes, incubated with ¹²⁵I-labeled toxin (0.5 nM), and detected by autoradiography. M. sexta BBMV proteins were also incubated with 0.5 nM ¹²⁵I-toxin in the presence of 100 mM GalNAc and autoradiographed (lane 4).
