Table 1. Flow cytometry analysis of ROS production in GD+SIN-1-treated cultures.

After treatments, cells were washed, resuspended in 5 μM CMH₂DCFDA in PBS containing 1% BSA and incubated for 20 min at 37 °C. A minimum of 20000 events were analysed for each sample as described in the Materials and methods section and expressed as percentage of cells stained with CMH₂DCFDA. Results are shown as means±S.E.M. from three separate experiments.
