Effect of neutralization of various cytokines on IFN-γ production after stimulation with LLO. Spleen cells were stimulated with 20 nM cholesterol-pretreated LLO in the absence or presence of an antibody specific for IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-12 p70, or IL-18. The level of IFN-γ was determined by ELISA. Shown is a representative result of two similar experiments.
