IFN-γ production after stimulation of cells from IL-12 and IL-18 KO mice with LLO. The spleen cell suspension was prepared from C57BL/6 wild-type, IL-12 KO, and IL-18 KO mice and was stimulated with 20 nM cholesterol-pretreated LLO for 24 h. The level of IFN-γ was determined by ELISA. Shown is a representative result of two similar experiments.
