MAb reactivity with CTB/LTB hybrids. All MAbs were raised against CT from V. cholerae 569B (Classical Inaba [12]) except for MAb 11E8 (anti-LT-Ih [3]). MAb 35G8 was isolated as an anti-CT MAb that did not cross-react with CT from El Tor strain 3083 (21). MAb 1E9 was raised against urea-denatured CT from 569B.
