Effect of pronase treatment on Vero cell-bound oligomer. Vero cells were incubated with 125I-labeled Ib or labeled oligomer at 4°C for 120 min, washed, and incubated at 37°C for the time indicated. The cells were washed with PBS and were again incubated with or without pronase at 37°C for 5 min.
