Change of rIb bound to Vero cells. Vero cells were incubated with ¹²⁵I-labeled Ib at 37°C for 60 min, washed, and incubated at 37°C for the time indicated. Lane 1, 0 min; lane 2, 60 min; lane 3, 120 min; lane 4, 240 min; and lane 5, 360 min. The cells were dissolved in SDS-sample buffer and subjected to SDS-7.5% PAGE without heating followed by autoradiography.
