Cas11^−/− mice and wild-type controls were infected with 10⁴ Listeria organisms intravenously. At 24, 48, and 72 h, animals were bled by cardiac puncture and levels of IFN-γ (A), IL-18 (B), IL-12p70 (C), and IL-1β (D) in serum were assessed by ELISA. Results are presented as pooled data from at least three independent experiments per point (n = 12 mice total in each group).
