Inhibition ELISA. Binding of MAb5.2 (A), anti-MSP-1 antibody from rabbit K103 (B), and anti-MSP-1 antibody from rabbit K104 (C) to coated rMSP-119 was studied in the presence of soluble rMSP-119 (⧫) or Bmp42 (•) as the inhibitor.
