Role of CCR5 in IFN-γ–induced chemokine responses. (A–D) Tg– and Tg+ mice were placed on dox water and treated with anti-CCR5 or control Ig for 4 weeks. (E–I) CCR5+/+ and CCR5–/– Tg– and Tg+ mice were treated with dox water for 4 weeks. Chemokine mRNA was evaluated by RT-PCR (A and E) and real-time RT-PCR (F). BAL chemokines (B–D and G–I) were evaluated by ELISA. Each evaluation in A and E is representative of a minimum of 4 similar experiments.
