Fig. 3 — Thematic layers used in the study. (a) Geology (digitized in ArcGIS using Bhukosh GSI maps), (b) Geomorphology (digitized in ArcGIS using Bhukosh GSI maps), (c) Lineament Density (derived from NRSC lineament data and processed in ArcGIS), and (d) Drainage Density (generated from SRTM DEM using ArcGIS). All datasets were processed in ArcMap 10.8 (https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-desktop/overview), with source maps obtained from Bhukosh GSI (https://bhukosh.gsi.gov.in/) and SRTM DEM from USGS Earth Explorer (https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/). The final thematic layers were overlain on an OpenTopography basemap within ArcGIS to enhance spatial visualization and terrain contextualization.
