Induction of IgG1 and IgG2a by immunization with the DNA vaccine vectors. BALB/c mice were immunized with the DNA vaccine vectors or purified proteins, sera were collected 6 weeks after priming, and anti-PspA IgG1 and IgG2a were detected by ELISA in plates coated with PspA1 (A) or PspA3 (B).
