Extracts from the indicated tissues were fractionated by SDS-PAGE, blotted onto nitrocellulose, and probed with the HC domain from TeNT as a negative control (left) or with purified recombinant high-MW SLP (H) (middle and right). Bound protein was detected with anti-high-MW subunit (α-H). In the case of the right-hand panel, this had been preincubated with soluble purified recombinant high-MW SLP as a specificity control.
