Normalized median fluorescence intensity (normMFI) values for six KIR genes (KIR1D, KIR2DL4, KIR3DH5, KIR3DL0, KIR3DL2, and KIR3DH) were quantified by bDNA assay in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), lymph nodes (LN), and spleen.
