Summary of estimates of the ancestry of individuals in data set A (discrete populations). The dashed and solid lines show histograms of estimated values of q(i)1 (the proportion of ancestry of individual i in subpopulation 1) for individuals from subpopulations 1 and 2, respectively. Using this data set, the classification of individuals to subpopulations is essentially perfect.
