Haplotype analysis of affected persons. To determine the locus boundaries using an analysis of recombinants of affected individuals only, marker D19S927 provides the centromeric boundary and marker D19S880 provides the telomeric boundary. The pedigree designations refer to the generation number in Roman numerals from the pedigree; the individual number is Arabic, numbered from left to right. The allele numbers are the standard CEPH alleles, and “m” signifies the mutant TNNT1 allele.
