Errata

In “Identification of a Locus on Chromosome 14q for Idiopathic Basal Ganglia Calcification (Fahr Disease),” by Geschwind et al., which appeared in the September 1999 issue of the Journal (65:764–772), the word “patients” should have been deleted from the penultimate line in the left-hand column on page 766, so that the last complete sentence in this column reads as follows: “Initially, penetrance was set at 95%, and linkage analysis was done with 11 CT-positive definitely affected patients and 5 family members, to identify regions with LOD scores >2.0 for follow-up.” The Journal regrets this error.
