Market price classification of netted melon by fruit grade, based on average wholesale prices from the Seoul Agro-Fisheries & food corporation as of May 2024. Prices are expressed in USD (exchange rate: 1 USD = 1,382 KRW). This price table was used to calculate normalized Brix and reverse-normalized net scores, and to estimate the final market grade and projected revenue in the economic analysis.
