Anti-HA immunoblots show expression of the transgene in the different clones (lower panels). (C) CHO or (D) HeLa cells were transiently transfected with pEGFP or pEGFP-IEX-1. Twenty-four hours post-transfection, the cells were treated with STS (C) or TNF + CHX (D), as indicated.
