Activity equivalents plot indicating that the activity exerted by a 1 ng/mL concentration of N-piperidinyl etonitazene (as approximately present in the patient’s serum sample) is equivalent to that exerted by 2.5–10 ng/mL fentanyl or 10–25 ng/mL hydromorphone. Results are shown as mean receptor activation ± standard deviation of one representative experiment, in which each sample was run in duplicate.
