Fig. 10 — Effects of CH seed on body bending in AM140 worms. CH 50 µg/ml, CH 100 µg/ml and CH 200 µg/ml resulted in an increase in body bends at days 1, 5 and 10 of adulthood with respect to the solvent control group (***p < 0.001). The results are expressed as the mean number of body bends per 30 s ± SEM. The experiment was repeated three times with 50 worms/group and the data were analyzed via one-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni correction (post-hoc)
