Fig. 11 — Effect of CH seed on body bending in AM141 worms. CH (100 µg/ml) and CH (200 µg/ml) resulted in an increase in body bends at days 5 and 10 of adulthood with respect to the solvent control group (***p < 0.001). The results are expressed as the mean number of body bends per 30 s ± SEM. The experiment was performed three times with 50 worms/group and the data were analyzed via one-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni correction (post-hoc)
