This article has been retracted at the request of the editors due to concerns that, despite the authors' characterization of it as a hypothesis-generating and descriptive report, its dissemination could promote the premature adoption of unvalidated treatment protocols. Additionally, there is no empirical evidence supporting a link between the described pathophysiology and vaccines. Establishing causality and assessing safety and efficacy require comprehensive studies and clinical trials—investigations that go beyond the scope and purpose of a descriptive case report. The potential for harm, particularly through the promotion of unproven medications without sufficient evidence, outweighs the benefits of continued publication. Given these concerns and the importance of safeguarding public health and scientific integrity, the journal has decided to retract this article.
The editorial team takes this matter seriously as it is essential to uphold ethical standards in research and publication. The editorial team regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the journal's readers and the scientific community.
