Events at the terminus before division. During decatenation, dimer chromosomes are generated. FtsK (yellow ovals) interacts with polarized RAG sequences (arrows) to translocate the chromosomes in such a way that the dif sites (pink/green circles) are juxtaposed near FtsK.
