FTIR spectra of the three SP-C samples: SP-C-1 (points) was obtained from butanol extracts; SP-C-2 (thin line) and SP-C-3 (thick line) were obtained from chloroform/methanol extracts. Protein chloroform/methanol solutions (80 μg of protein) were spread onto a KBr plate.
