The cooperative partition model of nystatin in interaction with the lipid vesicles was fitted to the experimental data of 〈τ〉 versus 〈A〉 (n = 86) according to the procedure described in the text. K′ag was allowed to vary in each minimization of the root-mean-square deviations (RMSD), while z was kept constant at different integer numbers. These results are presented in the inset of Fig. 4.
