Average pore radius profiles as determined by the program HOLE. The vertical lines on each profile indicate the standard error in the pore radius and were determined by averaging the results of HOLE on protein structures saved over the last 3 ns of the 3dc and tinfoil trajectories at 500-ps intervals.
