A check for the tetarhedrality of the water molecule in the B-state structure (PDB file 1Q4A) indicates that the interaction with the nitrogen of Ser-205 (last line) is at most a very weak HB. Rather the water is in threefold coordination with the other three residues. Compare with Table 1.
