Afptm1Ibmm/tm1Ibmm or Afp Afptm2Ibmm/tm2Ibmm (−/−) homozygous animals were mated but no offspring were obtained. To test the fertility of Afp knockout (−/−) males and females, homozygous mutant males and females were mated with wild-type (+/+) animals.
