Measured time-dependent conductivity σ(t) = I(t)/U(t) d/S during a train of eight 100-μs pulses, 1-Hz repetition frequency for (a) cells in high-conductive SMEM medium and (b) cells in low-conductive PB medium for different applied electric fields E0 = U/d. The memory segmentation function of the oscilloscope was used to obtain high time resolution during the pulses, and only 100 μs after the pulse were recorded.
