Lack of effect of LXA₄ analogues on viability and apoptosis of neutrophils. PMN were maintained in suspension culture at 37°C with and without LPS (1 μg/ml) in the absence and presence of ATL₁, ATL₂, and 15-deoxy-LXA₄ (all at 500 nM). After 24 h of incubation, aliquots of neutrophils were stained with propidium iodide or phycoerythrin-labeled annexin V.
