AHT-102 does not induce non-specific activation of PBMCs. PBMCs from three healthy volunteers were co-cultured with AHT-102 at concentrations of 0.0001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL and incubated for 2 h, 4 h, 24 h, and 48 h.
