Reactivity of anti-melanoma MAbs to melanoma cells. Melanoma cells (5 × 104) WM793 (□) and 1205LU (■) were incubated for 45 min with saturating concentrations of anti-melanoma MAbs, cells were washed to remove unbound MAbs and were further incubated with FITC conjugated anti-mouse antibody for 45 min. Cells were washed and binding of antibody was analyzed in the cytofluorograph. Results are expressed as percent positive cells.
