Expression analysis of wheat TaTIL and TaCHL lipocalins in various wheat cultivars showing varying levels of freezing tolerance. Nonacclimated (NA) control plants were maintained at 20°C for 7 d, while other plants were cold acclimated at 4°C for 36 d (CA36) after the 7-d germination period. Tissues were sampled at 18:00. RNA was extracted and analyzed on a denaturing RNA gel blot.
