PN2/AβPP affects thrombosis in vivo.(a) Mice of different genotypes were injected with the photoactivated dye rose bengal at t = 0, and the carotid artery was exposed to a laser light. Blood flow through the carotid artery was monitored with a flow probe. Blood flow ceased because of thrombus formation in the vessel.
