KOR1 Is Ubiquitously Expressed and Its Level Correlates with Cell Elongation in Dark-Grown Hypocotyls.

(A) Specificity of αNKOR1. Crude extracts were prepared from 5-d-old seedlings grown in light conditions (kor1-1 and kor1-2 were in the Wassilewskija [Ws] and C24 background, respectively).

(B) Left to right, crude extracts of entire wild-type plants and from stem, leaves grown for 28 d in greenhouse, and hypocotyls and roots of 7-d-old wild-type plants grown in light conditions.
