(B) Infectivities of different vectors in stable CrFK cell lines. Cells were transduced with twofold dilutions of FIV, HIV-1, EIAV, and NB-MLV GFP vectors. Infectivity curves were generated by plotting the percentage of GFP-positive cells as a function of RT activity input.
