IEC-6 cells were grown as described in the Experimental section and treated with TNF-α/CHX for 3, 6 and 9 h. Equal amounts of whole cell extract were separated by SDS/PAGE, and probed with antibodies specific for Bcl-2 (A) and c-IAP2 (B).
