Primer specificity. Alignment of 16S rRNA genes of o-17, DF-1, DEH10, Dehalococcoides ethenogenes 195 (DHE), and Chloroflexus aurantiacus (Chl.). Numbering is based on the E. coli 16S rDNA positions.
