Treatment microcosms received 3,000 μg g−1 of either glucose or xylene with low lead (LPb) at 3,000 μg Pb2+ g−1 soil or high lead (HPb) at 10,000 μg g−1, glucose with low chromium at 400 μg Cr6+ g−1 soil (GLCr) or high chromium at 4,000 μg Cr6+ g−1 (GHCr), or xylene with low chromium at 10 μg Cr6+ g−1 soil (XLCr) or high chromium at 18 μg Cr6+ g−1 (XHCr).
