(C) p28II-mediated inhibition of Tax-2 that is expressed from HTLV-2 was tested in the absence or presence of 10 ng of TAP and p15. The percent inhibition is indicated in each case. All experiments were done in triplicate, and error bars reflect standard deviations. CMV-βgal was used to adjust for transfection efficiency.
