Likert-scale items were scored from 1 to 5, where 1 represented strongly disagree, 2 represented disagree, 3 represented neutral, 4 represented agree, and 5 represented strongly agree. The final two post-intervention items were free-text numerical questions and were not scored on a Likert scale.
